Spring Marathon Training – Long Sunday Runs – Jan 11th = 14 Miles ( with shorter options )

Hi Folks ,

Yes its that time of year again when the marathon training plans kick in , I will be doing these thru most of the year as I’m doing both spring and Autumn marathons in 2015.
The format will prob stay pretty much the same most weeks but I will try and mix it up a bit so we don’t get bored doing the same routes week after week.

Jan 11th – 14 Mile
Leave the triangle at 8am Sunday morning , head along the A6 then at Ambergate we will loop back over towards shottle and the Chevin , back towards Belper ( people wanting to do a 6 mile loop can peel off here and cut thru the sewage works ) then on to Milford ( people wanting to do a 10 mile loop can peel off here and had back down the A6 ) for those wanting to do the full 14 mile with me we will continue along the A6 to Duffield then up to Eaton bank and back along to Milford then along the A6 back to the triangle ( we might need to add a little loop in somewhere to round the mileage up at the end 🙂 )

Everyone welcome , the estimated average pace will be 10 min/mile
