Strength and Conditioning Weekly Classes in Belper, Thursdays 815pm

BelperTenTwenty are running strengthening and conditioning sessions at the Fit Pit.

They run on most Thursdays from 20:15 to 21:15, we alternate weekly between yoga and Pilate’s. £5 per head.

We currently have plenty of spaces in these sessions and we wondered if any of your members would like to join us?
