Slight change of tack this week at Thursday’s hill Reps session.
This week we will run up AND down and have a break at the bottom. This will alter how we recover from our efforts as in theory we should still be working quite hard on the descents!
As always, handicapped system so everyone has an equal challenge. All over and done with in just over 30 mins too! 8 reps. 4 easier. 4 harder.
