Speedwork or Hill
Our Thursday sessions are less set in stone than our Tuesday sessions and can vary week to week as well as summer to winter.
Currently we are running two sessions on a Thursday
- 630pm, Goods Road (by the Post office depot) for Speed Work. Typically 12x400m, 8x600m, 8x800m. Bring a stopwatch if you have one.
- 730pm, Mill Street (top of Long Row) or similar for Hill Rep Training. Typically operating a handicap system so all runners get the chance to push themselves equally.
